What is the most successful method to trick or fool people? Well in my opinion I find the following an idle and probably one of the most successful methods - using the truth - for example.
A tarred road is called a tarred road because it's tarred.
LETS PUT THAT IN OTHER WORDS
A tarred road is called a tarred road because it's made of tar.
Both in there own way are true but only one of the above is truly true. It's in very much the same way that we are deceived on a daily basics by the deceiver ( Satan ).
A good example of his tack and audacity is the biblical depiction of the tempting of Jesus in the desert.
( Matthew 4. ) here we can see how Satan uses the scriptures to temp even the son of God what audacity ! If he felt he could succeed in tricking the son of God, we should be very careful as to what and how we believe, conceder the proposals made to Jesus by Satan what if similar proposals were made to you how would you respond.
Note in the account of the temptation the way Jesus is tempted.
Matthew 4 - 3: Here Satan tempts Jesus by drawing in Question his authenticity as the son of God and tells him to prove himself by changing the stones to bread, at the sometime Satan is capitalizing on the fact that Jesus was hungry after having fasted for forty days and nights. Typically, he is trying to play a ace, hoping that if the one fact was to obvious then it would conceal the other and Jesus would fall in the sneer.
Matthew 4 - 6: Here again Satan draws in question the authenticity of Jesus and also puts the words of God in as bate. Once again, we see that typical double play that we found in the first instance.
On the average If it had been one of us we would want to prove who we are, and we would respond in a manner that would prove our authenticity and not note that we were in fact playing right into the deceivers hands.
In both the above one can see how Satan has used the truth to try to deceive Jesus. In the first case he uses the aspect of Gods son must posse's extensive power and abilities, as God is almighty. Secondly he quotes the scriptures in saying it is written, he shall give his angels charge concerning thee, any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. In both instances, Satan used the truth in attempting to deceive Jesus.
On this note, I want to appeal to all who read this, to give it close thought. I also wish to encourage you all to look carefully at what you here, and to pray insistently that God will keep your mind open to his truth. And also that his holy spirit abide with you, giving you the discernment you will need to know when the deceiver is attempting to trick you. Remember even your best friend can be used by the deceiver without them even being aware of it. So friends lets bond together under a umbrella of Gods truth, let's listen to his word and not the cleaver calculations of other men, they could be mistaken or even mislead.
